Spar Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 29, 2019.
In 2018, seven Spar Group executives received on average a compensation package of $223K, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Christiaan M. Olivier, Chief Executive Officer, received $381K in total, which increased by 305% compared to 2017. 79% of Olivier's compensation, or $300K, was in salary. Olivier also received $64K in option awards, $12K in stock awards, as well as $4.8K in other compensation.
