St Joe reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on March 29, 2010.
In 2009, four St Joe executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Wm. Britton Greene, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.8M in total, which decreased by 58% compared to 2008. 40% of Greene's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Greene also received $65K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $750K in non-equity incentive plan, $727K in salary, as well as $156K in other compensation.
Stephen W. Solomon, Former Senior Vice President and Treasurer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which increased by 120% compared to previous year. 67% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in other compensation.
Christine M. Marx, General Counsel, earned $1.7M in 2009, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
William S. McCalmont, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.3M in 2009, which decreases by 21% compared to 2008.
