MDC Partners reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 2, 2022.
In 2021, four executives at MDC Partners received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 284% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Penn, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 570% compared to 2020. 30% of Penn's compensation, or $3.6M, was in stock awards. Penn also received $2.3M in bonus, $3.5M in option awards, $833K in salary, as well as $1.9M in other compensation.
