Fluidigm reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 23, 2019.
In 2018, five Fluidigm executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen Christopher Linthwaite, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which increased by 28% compared to 2017. 46% of Linthwaite's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Linthwaite also received $462K in non-equity incentive plan, $345K in option awards, $554K in salary, as well as $39K in other compensation.
Vikram Jog, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 16% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $356K, was in salary.
Nicholas Khadder, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Bradley Kreger, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, received $995K in 2018.
Steven C. McPhail, Former Chief Commercial Officer, earned $897K in 2018, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
