Fluidigm reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 14, 2020.
In 2019, five Fluidigm executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen Christopher Linthwaite, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which increased by 44% compared to 2018. 81% of Linthwaite's compensation, or $3M, was in stock awards. Linthwaite also received $84K in non-equity incentive plan, $565K in salary, as well as $40K in other compensation.
Colin McCracken, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M. 79% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Vikram Jog, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2019, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Bradley Kreger, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, received $1.4M in 2019, which increases by 36% compared to 2018.
Nicholas Khadder, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2019, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
