Fluidigm reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 14, 2021.
In 2020, five Fluidigm executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen Christopher Linthwaite, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2019. 68% of Linthwaite's compensation, or $2.6M, was in stock awards. Linthwaite also received $624K in non-equity incentive plan, $536K in salary, as well as $40K in other compensation.
Colin McCracken, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which decreased by 13% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $923K, was in stock awards.
Vikram Jog, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2020, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Bradley Kreger, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, received $1.4M in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
Nicholas Khadder, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2020, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
