Fluidigm reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2023.
In 2022, four Fluidigm executives received on average a compensation package of $6.2M, a 307% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Egholm, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total. 77% of Egholm's compensation, or $12M, was in option awards. Egholm also received $142K in non-equity incentive plan, $373K in salary, $3.1M in stock awards, as well as $520 in other compensation.
Hanjoon Alex Kim, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.9M. 75% of the compensation package, or $4.4M, was in option awards.
Stephen Christopher Linthwaite, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.6M in 2022, a 51% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeremy Davis, Chief Commercial Officer, received $1.4M in 2022.
