Digirad reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, four Digirad executives received on average a compensation package of $447K, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew G. Molchan, Chief Executive Officer, received $705K in total, which increased by 72% compared to 2020. 59% of Molchan's compensation, or $417K, was in salary. Molchan also received $225K in bonus, $60K in stock awards, as well as $3.5K in other compensation.
David J. Noble, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $560K, which increased by 25% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $301K, was in salary.
Martin B. Shirley, President of Digirad Health, earned $347K in 2021.
Jeffrey E. Eberwein, Chairman, received $174K in 2021, which increases by 98% compared to 2020.
