Starbucks reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 24, 2020.
In 2019, six Starbucks executives received on average a compensation package of $8.5M, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin R. Johnson, president and chiefexecutive officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 44% compared to 2018. 43% of Johnson's compensation, or $8.3M, was in stock awards. Johnson also received $4.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $5M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $122K in other compensation.
Patrick J. Grismer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $11M. 67% of the compensation package, or $7.5M, was in stock awards.
Rosalind G. Brewer, Chief Operating Officer, earned $8M in 2019, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
John Culver, Group President, received $6.7M in 2019, which increases by 14% compared to 2018.
Lucy Helm, executive vice president, chiefpartner officer, earned $4.2M in 2019, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Scott Maw, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.6M in 2019, which decreases by 74% compared to 2018.
Starbucks' fiscal year ends on September 27.
