Steelcase reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 29, 2019.
In 2019, five Steelcase executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
James P. Keane, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.4M in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2018. 43% of Keane's compensation, or $2.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
