Steelcase reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 3, 2020.
In 2020, five Steelcase executives received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
James P. Keane, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.8M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2019. 50% of Keane's compensation, or $3.9M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Keane also received $143K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.1M in salary, $2.4M in stock awards, as well as $308K in other compensation.

Lizbeth S. O'Shaughnessy, Chief Administrative Officer, received $1.9M in 2020, which increases by 19% compared to 2019.
Allan W. Smith, Jr, Vice President, Global Marketing, earned $1.6M in 2020, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Steelcase's fiscal year ends on February 24.
