Steelcase reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 2, 2021.
In 2021, five Steelcase executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
James P. Keane, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2020. 65% of Keane's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards. Keane also received $18K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $740K in salary, as well as $231K in other compensation.

David C. Sylvester, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which decreased by 18% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Lizbeth S. O'Shaughnessy, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $1.5M in 2021, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
