Steelcase reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on June 1, 2022.
In 2022, eight Steelcase executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
James P. Keane, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.3M in total, which decreased by 15% compared to 2021. 80% of Keane's compensation, or $5.1M, was in stock awards. Keane also received $212K in non-equity incentive plan, $930K in salary, as well as $126K in other compensation.

David C. Sylvester, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.8M in 2022, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Allan W. Smith, Jr, Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, received $1.3M in 2022, which increases by 12% compared to 2021.
Lizbeth S. O'Shaughnessy, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $1.3M in 2022, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
James N. Ludwig, Former Vice President, Global Design and Product Engineering, received $1.1M in 2022.
Eddy F. Schmitt, Senior Vice President, Americas, earned $1M in 2022.
Robert G. Krestakos, Vice President, Global Operations, received $800K in 2022.
Steelcase's fiscal year ends on February 24.
