STEM reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, three STEM executives received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 492% increase compared to previous year.
John Carrington, Chief Executive Officer, received $41M in total, which increased by 718% compared to 2020. 93% of Carrington's compensation, or $38M, was in stock awards. Carrington also received $595K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.7M in option awards, $476K in salary, as well as $25K in other compensation.
William Bush, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which increased by 81% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $2.9M, was in stock awards.
Larsh Johnson, Chief Technology Officer, earned $4M in 2021, a 337% increase compared to previous year.
