Stericycle reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 10, 2019.
In 2018, seven Stericycle executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Charles A. Alutto, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.1M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2017. 38% of Alutto's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Alutto also received $242K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $5.7K in other compensation.
Joseph B. Arnold, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which increased by 71% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in other compensation.
Cindy J. Miller, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.9M in 2018.
Daniel V. Ginnetti, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.7M in 2018, which increases by 8% compared to 2017.
Ruth-Ellen Abdulmassih, Executive Vice President, Communications and Related Services, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
Brenda R. Frank, Former Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, received $1.1M in 2018, which increases by 19% compared to 2017.
Kurt M. Rogers, General Counsel, earned $1M in 2018.
