STERIS plc reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on June 5, 2019.
In 2019, five STERIS plc executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Walter M Rosebrough, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2018. 40% of Rosebrough's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Rosebrough also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $880K in salary, $1.3M in stock awards, as well as $62K in other compensation.
Michael J. Tokich, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which increased by 25% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $818K, was in option awards.
Daniel A. Carestio, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 62% increase compared to previous year.
J. Adam Zangerle, General Counsel, received $1.5M in 2019, which increases by 13% compared to 2018.
Cary L. Majors, Vice President, North American Commercial Operations, earned $1.2M in 2019.
STERIS plc's fiscal year ends on March 31.
