Stitch Fix reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on November 7, 2019.
In 2019, four Stitch Fix executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 461% increase compared to previous year.
Katrina Lake, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.3M in total, which increased by 786% compared to 2018. 45% of Lake's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Lake also received $223K in non-equity incentive plan, $637K in salary, as well as $2.1M in stock awards.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $15,125 at Stitch Fix. Therefore, the ratio of Katrina Lake's pay to the median employee pay was 352 to one.
Michael Smith, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which increased by 491% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in option awards.
Scott Darling, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.6M in 2019, a 388% increase compared to previous year.
Paul Yee, Chief Financial Officer, received $599K in 2019, which increases by 36% compared to 2018.
