Stoneridge reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on April 12, 2011.
In 2010, five Stoneridge executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 184% increase compared to previous year.
John C. Corey, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which increased by 210% compared to 2009. 35% of Corey's compensation, or $1.3M, was in stock awards. Corey also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $655K in salary, as well as $708K in other compensation.

Mark J. Tervalon, Vice President & President of the Stoneridge Electronics Division, earned $1M in 2010, a 146% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas A. Beaver, Vice President & President of Global Sales, received $926K in 2010, which increases by 143% compared to 2009.
Michael D. Sloan, Vice President & President of the Stoneridge Control Devices Division, earned $694K in 2010, a 161% increase compared to previous year.
