STORE Capital reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 16, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at STORE Capital received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher Volk, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2018. 56% of Volk's compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Volk also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $800K in salary, as well as $34K in other compensation.
Mary Fedewa, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.7M, which increased by 38% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in stock awards.
Michael Bennett, General Counsel, earned $3.1M in 2019, a 93% increase compared to previous year.
Catherine Long, Chief Financial Officer, received $3M in 2019, which increases by 23% compared to 2018.
Andrew L. Rosivach, Executive Vice President Chief Credit Officer, earned $2.3M in 2019.
Chad A. Freed, General Counsel, received $1.3M in 2019.
