Stryker reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 20, 2019.
In 2018, seven Stryker executives received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin A. Lobo, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2017. 36% of Lobo's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Lobo also received $2.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.6M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $414K in other compensation.
