Stryker CEO Kevin Lobo's 2019 pay rises 8% to $15M

Stryker reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 24, 2020.
In 2019, five Stryker executives received on average a compensation package of $6.5M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Kevin A. Lobo, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2018. 35% of Lobo's compensation, or $5.3M, was in option awards. Lobo also received $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, $5.3M in stock awards, as well as $510K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $70,771 at Stryker. Therefore, the ratio of Kevin A. Lobo's pay to the median employee pay was 212 to one.
Timothy J. Scannell, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.1M, which increased by 7% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in option awards.
Glenn S. Boehnlein, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.4M in 2019, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Robert S. Fletcher, Chief Legal Officer, received $3.1M in 2019.
Viju S. Menon, Group President, earned $3M in 2019, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
