Stryker reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 24, 2021.
In 2020, five Stryker executives received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin A. Lobo, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 11% compared to 2019. 41% of Lobo's compensation, or $5.4M, was in stock awards. Lobo also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.9M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $430K in other compensation.
