Summit Materials reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 5, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Summit Materials received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas W. Hill, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.3M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2019. 69% of Hill's compensation, or $5.7M, was in stock awards. Hill also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $900K in salary, as well as $32K in other compensation.
Anne P. Noonan, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4M. 67% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in stock awards.

Anne Lee Benedict, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.6M in 2020, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
