SunPower reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 3, 2020.
In 2018, seven SunPower executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas Werner President, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2017. 54% of President's compensation, or $2.2M, was in stock awards. President also received $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, as well as $25K in other compensation.
Thomas H. Werner, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4M, which decreased by 6% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
Manavendra Sial, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.6M in 2018.
Charles D. Boynton, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.4M in 2018, which increases by 30% compared to 2017.
William P. Milligan III, Former Executive Vice President, Global Operations, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Douglas J. Richards, Executive Vice President, Administration, received $1.4M in 2018, which increases by 4% compared to 2017.
Kenneth L. Mahaffey, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
SunPower's fiscal year ends on December 29.
