SunPower CEO Jeffrey Waters receives $6.1M in 2019

SunPower reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 3, 2020.
In 2019, five SunPower executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Waters, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.1M in total. 65% of Waters' compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Waters also received $1M in bonus, $557K in non-equity incentive plan, $563K in salary, as well as $30K in other compensation.
Thomas Werner President, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which decreased by 26% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Manavendra Sial, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2019, a 49% decrease compared to previous year.
Douglas J. Richards, Executive Vice President, Administration, received $1.3M in 2019, which decreases by 7% compared to 2018.
Kenneth L. Mahaffey, General Counsel, earned $1.2M in 2019, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
SunPower's fiscal year ends on December 29.
