SVMK reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 20, 2021.
In 2020, five SVMK executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Zander Lurie, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 105% compared to 2019. 47% of Lurie's compensation, or $5.6M, was in stock awards. Lurie also received $396K in non-equity incentive plan, $5.5M in option awards, $445K in salary, as well as $5.9K in other compensation.
