Switch reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 29, 2020.
In 2019, three Switch executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Rob Roy, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which decreased by 9% compared to 2018. 32% of Roy's compensation, or $2.4M, was in stock awards. Roy also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.4M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $224K in other compensation.
Thomas Morton, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $3.6M, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Gabe Nacht, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
