Switch reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2020, five Switch executives received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Rob Roy, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.2M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2019. 33% of Roy's compensation, or $2.7M, was in stock awards. Roy also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.7M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $258K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $73,920 at Switch. Therefore, the ratio of Rob Roy's pay to the median employee pay was 111 to one.
Thomas Morton, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which increased by 37% compared to previous year. 29% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Gabe Nacht, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2020, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Melissa Young, Chief Information Officer, received $869K in 2020.
Teresa Borden, Chief Construction Officer, earned $502K in 2020.
