In 2018, four Synalloy executives received on average a compensation package of $830K, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Craig C. Bram, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2017. 42% of Bram's compensation, or $568K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Bram also received $495K in salary, $293K in stock awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.

J. Kyle Pennington, President, Synalloy Metals, earned $672K in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
J. Greg Gibson, President, Synalloy Chemicals, received $544K in 2018, which increases by 33% compared to 2017.
