Sysco reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on September 26, 2007.
In 2007, five Sysco executives received on average a compensation package of $7.9M.
Richard J. Schnieders, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total. 44% of Schnieders' compensation, or $6.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Schnieders also received $4.5M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.4M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, $828K in stock awards, as well as $157K in other compensation.
John K. Stubblefield, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6.9M. 35% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Kenneth F. Spitler, Chief Operating Officer, earned $6.5M in 2007.
Larry J. Accardi, Executive Vice President, Sales, received $6.2M in 2007.
Larry G. Pulliam, Executive Vice President, Global Sourcing and Supply Chain, earned $5.4M in 2007.
Sysco's fiscal year ends on July 2.
