Sysco reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 7, 2020.
In 2020, six Sysco executives received on average a compensation package of $9.7M, a 111% increase compared to previous year.
Kevin P. Hourican, Chief Executive Officer, received $26M in total. 51% of Hourican's compensation, or $13M, was in stock awards. Hourican also received $3.6M in bonus, $276K in non-equity incentive plan, $7.7M in option awards, $500K in salary, as well as $486K in other compensation.
Thomas L. Ben, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $14M, which increased by 35% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $6.2M, was in other compensation.
Michael P. Foster, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology & Technology Officer, earned $7.1M in 2020.
Greg D. Bertrand, Executive Vice President US Foodservice Operations, received $3.6M in 2020, which decreases by 12% compared to 2019.
Cathy Marie Robinson, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, earned $3.5M in 2020.
Joel T. Grade, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.4M in 2020, which decreases by 13% compared to 2019.
Sysco's fiscal year ends on July 2.
