Sysco CEO Kevin Hourican's 2022 pay falls 41% to $14M

Sysco reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 6, 2022.
In 2022, six Sysco executives received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin P. Hourican, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 41% compared to 2021. 51% of Hourican's compensation, or $7M, was in stock awards. Hourican also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.1M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $152K in other compensation.
Greg D. Bertrand, Executive Vice President, US Foodservice Operations, received a compensation package of $6.3M, which increased by 54% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $3.8M, was in stock awards.
Tim Ørting Jørgensen, Former Executive Vice President and President, Foodservice Operations, International, earned $6.2M in 2022, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Aaron E. Alt, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.3M in 2022, which increases by 10% compared to 2021.
Judith S. Sansone, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, earned $3.5M in 2022.
Thomas R. Peck, Jr, Executive Vice President, Chief Information and Digital Officer, received $3.5M in 2022, which decreases by 1% compared to 2021.
Sysco's fiscal year ends on July 2.
