T-Mobile US reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at T-Mobile US received on average a compensation package of $30M, a 122% increase compared to previous year.
John J. Legere, Chief Executive Officer, received $67M in total, which increased by 182% compared to 2017. 88% of Legere's compensation, or $58M, was in stock awards. Legere also received $6.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.9M in salary, as well as $34K in other compensation.
G. Michael Sievert, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $36M, which increased by 89% compared to previous year. 87% of the compensation package, or $31M, was in stock awards.
Neville R. Ray, Chief Technology Officer, earned $26M in 2018, a 220% increase compared to previous year.
David R. Carey, Executive Vice President, Corporate Services, received $16M in 2018.
J. Braxton Carter, Chief Financial Officer, earned $8.5M in 2018, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
