T-Mobile US reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 21, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at T-Mobile US received on average a compensation package of $17M, a 44% decrease compared to previous year.
John J. Legere, Chief Executive Officer, received $28M in total, which decreased by 58% compared to 2018. 71% of Legere's compensation, or $20M, was in stock awards. Legere also received $6M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in salary, as well as $145K in other compensation.
J. Braxton Carter, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $22M, which increased by 163% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $12M, was in stock awards.
G. Michael Sievert, Chief Executive Officer, earned $16M in 2019, a 54% decrease compared to previous year.
Neville R. Ray, President, Technology, received $11M in 2019, which decreases by 57% compared to 2018.
David R. Carey, Former EVP, Corporate Services, earned $7.9M in 2019, a 50% decrease compared to previous year.
