T-Mobile US reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 27, 2022.
In 2021, six executives at T-Mobile US received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.
G. Michael Sievert, Chief Executive Officer, received $23M in total, which decreased by 59% compared to 2020. 61% of Sievert's compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Sievert also received $7.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $40K in other compensation.
Mark W. Nelson, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $14M. 59% of the compensation package, or $8.1M, was in stock awards.
Neville R. Ray, President, Technology, earned $12M in 2021, a 65% decrease compared to previous year.
David A. Miller, General Counsel, received $9.8M in 2021, which increases by 25% compared to 2020.
Peter Osvaldik, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7.5M in 2021, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Peter A. Ewens, Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development, received $5.8M in 2021, which decreases by 10% compared to 2020.
