T2 Biosystems reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on August 26, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at T2 Biosystems received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 76% increase compared to previous year.
John Sperzel, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2020. 71% of Sperzel's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Sperzel also received $460K in non-equity incentive plan, $563K in salary, as well as $3K in other compensation.
Alec Barclay, SVP and Chief Operations Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 181% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Michael Gibbs, General Counsel, earned $1.6M in 2021, a 182% increase compared to previous year.
