Coach reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 27, 2019.
In 2018, six Coach executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Victor Luis, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 42% of Luis' compensation, or $5.4M, was in option awards. Luis also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in salary, $3.6M in stock awards, as well as $107K in other compensation.
Joshua Schulman, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.4M. 27% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Kevin Wills, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.9M in 2018, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Ian Bickley, President, Global Business Development and Strategic Alliances, received $3.5M in 2018, which increases by 2% compared to 2017.
Todd Kahn, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $3.2M in 2018, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Andrea Shaw Resnick, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.3M in 2018, which decreases by 40% compared to 2017.
Coach's fiscal year ends on June 27.
