Coach CEO Victor Luis' 2019 pay slips 4% to $12M

Coach reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on September 27, 2019.
In 2019, six Coach executives received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Victor Luis, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2018. 44% of Luis' compensation, or $5.4M, was in stock awards. Luis also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.6M in option awards, $1.4M in salary, as well as $123K in other compensation.
Joshua Schulman, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.5M, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Anna Bakst, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.4M in 2019.
Kevin Wills, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.2M in 2019, which decreases by 19% compared to 2018.
Todd Kahn, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $3M in 2019, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrea Shaw Resnick, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.4M in 2019, which increases by 13% compared to 2018.
Coach's fiscal year ends on June 27.
