Taubman Centers reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Taubman Centers received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Simon J. Leopold, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.6M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2017. 43% of Leopold's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Leopold also received $200K in bonus, $678K in non-equity incentive plan, $525K in salary, as well as $72K in other compensation.
Paul A. Wright, EVP, Global Head of Leasing, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which decreased by 6% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $835K, was in salary.
Robert S. Taubman, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.8M in 2018, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter J. Sharp, President, Taubman Asia, received $1.6M in 2018, which decreases by 22% compared to 2017.
William S. Taubman, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
