TD Ameritrade reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on January 7, 2011.
In 2010, five executives at TD Ameritrade received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at TD Ameritrade
Fredric J. Tomczyk, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2009. 53% of Tomczyk's compensation, or $3.2M, was in stock awards. Tomczyk also received $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, as well as $500K in salary.
John B. Bunch, Executive Vice President, Retail Distribution, received a compensation package of $2.2M. 46% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
David M. Kelley, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.9M in 2010, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
J. Thomas Bradley, Jr, Executive Vice President, Retail Distribution, received $1.8M in 2010.
William J. Gerber, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2010, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
TD Ameritrade's fiscal year ends on September 30.
