TD Ameritrade reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on January 5, 2012.
In 2011, six executives at TD Ameritrade received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at TD Ameritrade
Fredric J. Tomczyk, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 60% of Tomczyk's compensation, or $3.6M, was in stock awards. Tomczyk also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $500K in salary, as well as $28K in other compensation.
David M. Kelley, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which increased by 115% compared to previous year. 97% of the compensation package, or $4M, was in other compensation.
Marvin W. Adams, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.3M in 2011.
John B. Bunch, Executive Vice President, Retail Distribution, received $2.7M in 2011, which increases by 20% compared to 2010.
J. Thomas Bradley, Jr, Executive Vice President, Retail Distribution, earned $2.4M in 2011, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
William J. Gerber, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.8M in 2011, which increases by 51% compared to 2010.
TD Ameritrade's fiscal year ends on September 30.
