TD Ameritrade reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on January 3, 2013.
In 2012, five executives at TD Ameritrade received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at TD Ameritrade
Fredric J. Tomczyk, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.5M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2011. 64% of Tomczyk's compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Tomczyk also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $700K in salary, as well as $32K in other compensation.
Marvin W. Adams, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
J. Thomas Bradley, Jr, Executive Vice President, Retail Distribution, earned $2.4M in 2012, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
William J. Gerber, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.6M in 2012, which decreases by 11% compared to 2011.
Thomas A. Nally, Executive Vice President, TD Ameritrade Institutional, earned $1.3M in 2012.
TD Ameritrade's fiscal year ends on September 30.
