TD Ameritrade reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on January 3, 2014.
In 2013, five executives at TD Ameritrade received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at TD Ameritrade
Fredric J. Tomczyk, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2012. 63% of Tomczyk's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Tomczyk also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $900K in salary, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Marvin W. Adams, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.6M, which increased by 33% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in stock awards.
J. Thomas Bradley, Jr, Executive Vice President, Retail Distribution, earned $3.6M in 2013, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas A. Nally, Executive Vice President, Institutional Services, received $2.1M in 2013, which increases by 59% compared to 2012.
William J. Gerber, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2013, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
TD Ameritrade's fiscal year ends on September 30.
