TD Ameritrade CEO Tim Hockey's 2018 pay rises 17% to $8.6M

TD Ameritrade reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 31, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at TD Ameritrade received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Tim Hockey, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.6M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2017. 57% of Hockey's compensation, or $4.9M, was in stock awards. Hockey also received $2.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $16K in other compensation.
Peter J. deSilva, Executive Vice President, Retail Distribution, received a compensation package of $6.9M. 90% of the compensation package, or $6.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Thomas A. Nally, Executive Vice President, Institutional Services, earned $3.5M in 2018, a 31% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen J. Boyle, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.7M in 2018, which increases by 19% compared to 2017.
Steven M. Quirk, Executive Vice President, Trader and Education, earned $2.5M in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
TD Ameritrade's fiscal year ends on September 30.
