SYNNEX reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on February 21, 2019.
In 2018, six SYNNEX executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 48% decrease compared to previous year.
Dennis Polk, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.2M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2017. 36% of Polk's compensation, or $2.6M, was in option awards. Polk also received $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $642K in salary, $1.6M in stock awards, as well as $22K in other compensation.
