SYNNEX reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on February 1, 2022.
In 2020, six SYNNEX executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 61% decrease compared to previous year.
Dennis Polk, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.9M in total, which decreased by 53% compared to 2019. 75% of Polk's compensation, or $2.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Polk also received $725K in salary and $9.9K in other compensation.

Peter Larocque, President, North America Technology Solutions, earned $1.9M in 2020, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.
Marshall Witt, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2020, which decreases by 42% compared to 2019.
Simon Leung, Chief Business Officer, earned $724K in 2020, a 43% decrease compared to previous year.
Christopher Caldwell, Executive Vice President and President of Concentrix Corporation, received $582K in 2020, which decreases by 92% compared to 2019.
SYNNEX's fiscal year ends on November 30.
