SYNNEX reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on February 1, 2022.
In 2021, seven SYNNEX executives received on average a compensation package of $7.1M, a 365% increase compared to previous year.
Dennis Polk, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 471% compared to 2020. 56% of Polk's compensation, or $9.4M, was in stock awards. Polk also received $581K in bonus, $2.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.2M in option awards, $735K in salary, as well as $72K in other compensation.
Richard Hume, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $9.5M. 33% of the compensation package, or $3.1M, was in other compensation.
Peter Larocque, President, North American Technology Solutions, earned $7.1M in 2021, a 274% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Urban, President, the Americas, received $5.4M in 2021, which increases by 179% compared to 2020.
Marshall Witt, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5M in 2021, a 345% increase compared to previous year.
Simon Leung, Chief Business Officer, received $3.7M in 2021, which increases by 417% compared to 2020.
Patrick Zammit, President, Europe and APJ, earned $2.4M in 2021.
SYNNEX's fiscal year ends on November 30.
