SYNNEX reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on February 6, 2023.
In 2022, five SYNNEX executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 44% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard Hume, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which decreased by 21% compared to 2021. 30% of Hume's compensation, or $2.2M, was in stock awards. Hume also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.1M in option awards, $960K in salary, as well as $9.2K in other compensation.
