TE Connectivity reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 18, 2019.
In 2018, six executives at TE Connectivity received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Terrence R. Curtin, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2017. 33% of Curtin's compensation, or $3.4M, was in stock awards. Curtin also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.1M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $458K in other compensation.
Heath A. Mitts, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 27% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in stock awards.
Steven T. Merkt, President, Transportation Solutions, earned $3.8M in 2018, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin N. Rock, President, Industrial Solutions, received $3.5M in 2018.
Thomas J. Lynch, Chairman, earned $3.2M in 2018, a 61% decrease compared to previous year.
John S. Jenkins, Jr, General Counsel, received $2.9M in 2018, which decreases by 8% compared to 2017.
TE Connectivity's fiscal year ends on September 29.
