TE Connectivity reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 13, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at TE Connectivity received on average a compensation package of $6.2M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Terrence R. Curtin, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 39% compared to 2020. 35% of Curtin's compensation, or $5.2M, was in option awards. Curtin also received $2.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, $5M in stock awards, as well as $397K in other compensation.

Steven T. Merkt, President, Transportation Solutions, earned $4.5M in 2021, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
John S. Jenkins, Jr, General Counsel, received $3.4M in 2021, which increases by 49% compared to 2020.
Shadrak W. Kroeger, President, Industrial Solutions, earned $3M in 2021, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
TE Connectivity's fiscal year ends on September 29.
